the hotel staff were helpful and friendly. the room was clean and everything i expected it to be. the hotel location is good! it is perfect for a short getaway.
my wife and i visited and around the door was a floor littered with cigarette ends and bird droppings. these were cleaned up on wednesday, following many complaints. our double room was small, apart from four clothes hangers each, it was totally devoid of any storage space for clothes.

i was very pleased with the room. i slept an extra hour because of the comfortable bed and the breakfast was AMAZING!!! all the staff were really friendly and helpful throughout my stay. the location is ideal, only a short walk from the tram stop.
i noticed a small stain on the carpet, though it didn't affect my stay.
